With the development of magnesia industry, people pay more and more attention to the use of ordinary fused magnesia, magnesia has become an important product in industrial production. Understanding the use of magnesia is of great significance for the better development of magnesia industry. Use of fused magnesia

Reburning magnesia is made of natural magnesite ore, calcined by high temperature shaft kiln, and its magnesium content is mgo80-93%. Use of reburned magnesia: raw materials for making bricks and producing unshaped refractories, finished products for steelmaking, electric furnace bottom and ramming lining.

Fused magnesia is produced by melting selected natural magnesite of grade A or high purity light burnt magnesia particles in an arc furnace. The product has high purity, large crystalline, compact structure, strong slag resistance material, good thermal shock stability, magnesium content of MgO 93-98%. Therefore, the use of remelted magnesia is: it is an excellent high temperature electrical insulation material, but also the production of high-grade magnesia brick, magnesia-carbon brick and amorphous refractory important raw materials.

Medium magnesia is made of light burned Magnesium Oxide as raw material, produced by pressing ball and calcining at high temperature shaft kiln. The product has good sintering degree, compact crystallization and mgo-95% content. The use of mid-grade magnesia is: it is the production of magnesia brazing bricks, mid-grade magnesia bricks, magnesia castable and other unshaped refractories, is a high-quality raw material for magnesia refractory products.

High-purity magnesite is made from natural super magnesite by flotation and purification and calcination in light burning, fine grinding, ball pressing and ultra-high temperature oil shaft kiln. High purity magnesia with magnesia content of 96-97% can be used as ideal raw materials for high grade magnesia refractories such as magnesia brick, magnesia brazing brick, magnesia-carbon brick, ramming material for tundish and magnesia castable.
